Lingo Lantern
ACCESSIBILITY STATUS

Access is a release requirement, not a badge.

Lingo Lantern targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA and accessible classroom use. The current page documents implemented supports and the evidence still needed before a formal conformance claim.

Current status

The product has undergone keyboard, responsive layout, touch-target, reduced-motion, and browser checks during development. A full assistive-technology audit and formal Accessibility Conformance Report have not yet been completed.

No unsupported conformance claim

This page does not claim that every WCAG success criterion has been independently verified. District review should include representative learners, devices, browsers, zoom settings, and assistive technologies.

Standard and reporting

The technical target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Title II web and mobile accessibility rule for public entities. A district may require additional documentation, testing, or procurement language.

Report an access barrier to info@saltmarkdesign.com. Include the page or activity, device, browser, assistive technology, what happened, and the expected result—but no student name or record. During a pilot, any unresolved barrier that prevents the core path should pause the affected use.
